Order Processing — All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification when your order has shipped. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Times

  • United States: 10–20 business days (approximately 2–4 weeks)
  • International Orders: 15–30 business days

Please note that most items ship from overseas suppliers, which is how we're able to offer competitive pricing. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide — no minimum required.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow a few days after shipment for tracking information to update.

Delays

Whiskrpet is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs processing, carrier delays, incorrect shipping addresses, high shipping volumes, or events outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Whiskrpet is not responsible for lost packages or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Whiskrpet is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us at support@whiskrpet.com.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging and we will make it right.
